About The Role

He/She Is directly responsible for the management of the following systems:

Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows server 2012/2016, Red hat Enterprise, MAC OS, Ubuntu.

Administration of Antivirus software (Trend Micro, McAfee, Symantec, etc.).

Should have the Virtualization administration VMware/Hyper-V and Citrix, VDI

The individual is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of these systems hardware and software related infrastructure. This individual is responsible for technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. Independently work as the IT site SPOC while engaging & managing OEM vendors to manage IT infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Hands on working knowledge O365, SharePoint, hosted exchange, file shares. OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft 365 Business, Microsoft Azure, Autopilot, AAD is must to have.
  • Expertise in Active Directory versions 2008R2, 2012R2 & 2016 designing, solutioning & securing Active Directory hands on experience in Virtualizing domain controllers and recovery, windows security audit logs. AD trusts, forest, domain tree structures, sites.
  • Should have the hands-on DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPOs, OU, FRS, RDP, ADFS, DFSR AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAP-Start TLS & Network load balancer, Knowledge of single sign-on, federation, active directory and OU delegation.
  • Working knowledge on backup tools (Veeam), ITSM ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, Desktop Central etc.), Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Solar winds)
  • Working with the Manager on MIS reports generation and preparation of dashboards.
  • Advanced knowledge around MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in, Windows & End points, managing systems and security technologies, including application/OS patching, Syslog & Security events management (SIEM)
  • Administration of Antivirus software (McAfee, Symantec, etc.), DLP, EDR.
  • Knowledge in management of Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN and Site to Site connections, management connectivity issues and handling ISPs.
  • Good knowledge on Network log capturing & analyzing the logs through the tools Wireshark, Tshark, Manage Engine, Solar winds, Microsoft NM etc.,
  • Vendor Management: coordinating outages, managing support, escalating issues, and assisting in invoice disputes.
  • Ability to react to urgent requests from a 24x7 support line.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong & clear English communication skills must have experience in working with the US clients.
  • Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
  • No regular travel required. Less than 10%
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
