Position : Process Engineer (MPC)

Job Requirement:
BE / B. Tech (Mechanical) with Min. 3 Years of experience in Material Planning control Department from any Auto Components manufacturing Industry
Job Role:
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- To review and finalise the material requirement plan to ensure timely availability of RM & BOM for production as per production plan
- To track and regulate actual RM & BOM consumption against the planned numbers in order to optimise material availability for production
Inventory control
- To coordinate with production and materials to optimise slow moving and cycle/running inventory levels
Warehousing
- To implement SOP's so as to build safe working environment, minimize damage/deterioration of RG & PVB and accurate stock reporting
Systems & processes
- To develop, upgrade and modify MPC processes and systems as per business requirement.
- Implementation, review & monitoring of TS 16949, ISO 14001, TQM as per company guidelines.
Manpower Development
- To plan and develop the skills in section members as per roles and responsibility
- To build and maintain high morale and motivation in section members through better communication by periodical formal and informal meetings
