Job Description



 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Manager/Presales Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in bid management and presales activities within the IT services industry, specifically in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the bid lifecycle, crafting compelling proposals, and supporting presales activities to drive business growth within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bid Management:

    • Lead end-to-end bid management activities, including bid strategy, proposal development, and submission.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal, to ensure the successful execution of bid processes.
  2. Presales Support:

    • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our IT services, specifically in the banking domain.
  3. Technical Proposal Writing:

    • Develop and write technical proposals that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT services in the banking sector.
    • Translate technical concepts into client-centric language to address client pain points.
  4. Client Engagement:

    • Engage with clients during the presales process to gather requirements, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges within the banking domain and align our solutions accordingly.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market and competitor analysis within the banking domain to stay informed about industry trends and position our offerings effectively.
  6. Budgeting and Costing:

    • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies specifically tailored for the banking sector.
  7. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks associated with bids and presales activities within the banking domain and propose mitigation strategies.
  8. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all bid and presales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements within the banking sector.
