Job description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial planning and analysis efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in finance accounting economics or related field;
- Master s degree or professional certification (CFA CPA) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis financial planning and analysis or related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts including financial statements budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion).
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
