responsibilities as PCBA Layout Engineer Migration of legacy and designing new PCBAs to the Mentor Graphics Xpedition Enterprise platform Creation of the full electronic design package (schematic, layout, TPD, ...) for the board suppliers Ensure data integrity of schematic diagram and board layout files Cooperation with circuit (functional) designers and mechanical designers regarding electrical design and physical constraints, organize design review meetings Align with the CAD-E library engineers on the availability of elements Good communication with design engineers and customers Follow development procedures, design guidelines and standards to ensure reliable product quality Implementation of signal/power-integrity requirements, safety compliance requirements and generic and/or specific industry requirements (1.) To collect requirement and create engineering documentation and Test plan (2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications (3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity (4.) Perform Design analysis like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity , Derating analysis (5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx (6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team , Manufacturing team (7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatoryorsafety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
