Job description
We are seeking a talented and motivated copywriter with minimum 2 years of experience, specifically in Digital Ads. As a copywriter, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, informative, and optimised content to support our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a wide range of digital assets, including creative copies, ad copies, landing page content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Understanding User journeys: Strategize content for ads, landing pages and emails based on the user's position in the marketing funnel to improve conversion.
- Collaboration & task management: Handle the certain projects from start to finish which includes collaborating cross functionally with the related teams.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the team, contributing design insights and collaborating on visual elements to ensure the overall effectiveness of the assets.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors' digital content strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our own content.
- Audience Understanding: Conduct research to understand our target audience and tailor the messaging to resonate with their interests, needs, and preferences across different platforms.
- Keyword Optimization: Incorporate SEO principles into copy to enhance visibility and relevance in search engine results, especially for landing pages.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate in A/B testing of ad copy and email content to identify the most effective messaging and make data-driven improvements.
- Design Understanding: Ability to visualise a design based on your copy and also making suggestions to the design team.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all copy and design elements adhere to our company's brand voice and guidelines.
- Deadline Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality copy within specified timelines.
- Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members to continuously enhance the quality of both copywriting and design.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a copywriter in a digital marketing or advertising capacity.
- A portfolio showcasing a strong record of successful ad copywriting, creative copies, landing page content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience and understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization techniques, especially for landing pages.
- Basic design skills with proficiency in Canva or other similar design tools.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to craft engaging copy and design elements for various formats.
- Keen attention to detail and the capability to proofread and edit your own work.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator in a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight project deadlines.
