Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Automotive /DMS/CRM Applications solutions)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative with a background in Automotive Sales, specifically in DMS/CRM Applications solutions. The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and revenue by effectively engaging with potential customers and converting leads into successful sales. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions within the automotive/CRM industry.

Educational amp; Technical Competencies:

  • Bachelor/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech) or MBA with a focus on Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Inside Sales or Business Development within the automotive sector/CRM /DMS application selling solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of DMS/CRM Applications solutions in the context of Automotive Sales.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Excellent understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Experience Bracket

3- 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, specifically within the Automotive industry with a focus on DMS/CRM Applications solutions.

  • Initiate the sales process and work closely with the sales manager to craft effective sales strategies for each opportunity.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points of our solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to build strong relationships and drive the sales process forward.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth transition and implementation of solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay competitive and capitalize on potential opportunities.
  • Work with the sales manager to develop and implement sales goals and action plans, aligning them with the company's overall objectives.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, aiming to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Follow the guidance and mentorship provided by the sales manager to improve sales techniques and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning about our products and services to effectively articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from initiation to deal closure while seeking guidance and support from the sales manager as needed.
