Director of Enterprise Sales

What we’re seeking:

This role leads an organization responsible for the Sales and Account Management of our Government Accounts. The Director of Government Sales will partner with the Director of Government Operations to prioritize competing projects to ensure all sales activities drive revenue growth, improve Customer Experience, and improve delivery of services. This role will work collaboratively with peers on solutions, and timelines and will provide leadership that will inspire this team to think creatively and adopt an agile and accountable approach to achieving Government Sales department strategy and goals. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

This position will report to the VP of Government Sales & Operations 

What we need in you:

What you’ll do:

• Leading and Developing the Government Sales team consisting of 9 SR AEs/AE II’s 
• Exquisite focus on providing the best possible experiences for the Government Customer and Frontier Government Sales Employees 
• Deliver consistent results, meeting or exceeding the Government Team Sales Targets 
• Collaboration with business partners on opportunities to ensure we maintain the highest standards, always on a mission to serve those who serve 
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all current Government funding opportunities and protocols. 
• Player/Coach leadership style, with a field-first approach to Account Management 
• Consistent utilization of SalesForce for Account Management, individually and by the entire team 
• Collaboration with the Director of Government Sales Operations to maximize results

• Salary Range:  $130,000 - $190,000

What background you should have:

• 15+ years of Successful Sales Experience – Telecommunications experience preferred 
• 10+ years working in the Government sector, Government Sales 
• 7+ years of Sales Leadership experience 

• 5+ years of Solution Selling experience in a contract/procurement vehicle environment 
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities that focus on direct, open, timely, and respectful communications with the sales team 
• Strong customer presentation skills. 
• Creative problem solver with a “scrappy” mentality in resource acquisition 
• Agent for change and growth – building Government team foundation
