Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Power BI + SQL with expertise in BI Technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Reporting, developing, and maintaining data with Power BI tool, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.Roles & Responsibilities :Analysis/Documentation :- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving - Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses, A/B tests - Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses, tests given data and help develop strategy for increasing effectiveness of the campaigns - Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings - Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients - Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship - Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations - Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client - Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop around marketing campaign, performance, channels and tool utility EXL Service- Develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query.- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirementsCommunication- Communicates consistently with other team members, leadership and clients outlining status, risks, issues and key decisions - Assist tech lead and developers with addressing business and data related questions and concerns - Coordinates with Project Managers and participates in project planning - Perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project manager to prioritizes deliverables - Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams - Creates reports as required to support stakeholders and project team Other duties as assigned or identifiedEducation & Experience :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas, candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply - Proficiency in M language, DAX SQL (Power BI) - Healthcare Industry knowledge preferred - 2-6 year's experience, preferably in D (ref:hirist.tech)
