Skill Required
• Sales experience for PLC/VFD/Motor/Cable/Instruments/Sensor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends
• Extensive, accurate product knowledge
• Ready to travel extensively
• Ethical behavior
Responsibilities
1. Getting the targeted sales.
2. Generating new targeted customers and enquiries.
3. Co-ordinating with HO for contract review, tenders, dispatch, payment collection, customer complaints and providing the solutions.
4. Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company, helping in advertisement, exhibition, newsletter list, upgradation, arranging and delivering seminars / presentations etc.
5. Providing market and competitor's information to H.O.
6. Generating the service business.
7. Scanning the market environment, competitors, their strategies and tactics, new products and technology trends.
8. Retaining existing customers dealing with them on day-to-day basis and solving their problems.
9. Conducting demonstration / trial, client visit at H.O / other ref. client place etc. for business
10. development.
11. To be well presentable and develop sales skills.
12. To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.
