Job DescriptionConsultant cyber -Associate Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Scrum master , Chennai - India
REFID944126Our Cybersecurity Strategy Team works diligently to protect NielsenIQ’s data center and cloud components from cyber-attacks. We are driving a global security strategy through technology leader partnership, continuously evolving security approaches and alignment, analyzing industry frameworks and standards to drive more meaningful security outcomes, and actively searching for ways to drive more cohesive security capability delivery across our global estate.This role will be part of Cybersecurity Strategy Team and will support the management of critical projects within the Agile Release Train (ART) and across all cyber teams. Candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Candidate must have understanding of agile best practices at the team and program levels. Emphasis will be on supporting the RTE in program delivery. The role of the Associate RET is to provide ART coaching as needed and directed by the RTE, lead key cybersecurity ceremonies for the RTE when needed, including PI planning, support the management of key reports for the Cybersecurity Teams. This role will be responsible for guiding cybersecurity teams and stakeholders on the use of processes, artifacts, tool usage and management, and intake for agile initiatives.
