Role Details:
This role will involve use of analytical tools to identify opportunities to grow overall assets while managing risk. It would involve risk management across customer lifecycle - acquisition, portfolio management and collections for supply chain, Business loan for Healthcare Industry. Responsibilities: ●Design, analyse, monitor credit risk strategies for different loan products such as supply chain ME loans, Healthcare sector, business loans etc. CA Preferred. ●Understand existing underwriting rules, strategies and replicate them in business rules ●Collaborate across other risk functions (example - technology, product, etc.) to implement the analytical decisions ●Design strategies to analyse supply chain, banking, financials etc ●Develop, maintain and improve risk policies, strategies, processes and procedures ●Utilize application, bank and bureau information to derive business insights ●Tracking of risk and delinquency metrics for portfolios Who are we looking for? Requirements: CA required ● Experience in credit underwriting & portfolio management (SME/ Healthcare sector is a plus). ● Knowledge of Banking / Financial Services Industry with preference in lending space (Supply Chain, Business loan etc.). ● Ability to create recommendations and insights from data for developing risk strategy. ● Experience with creating and utilizing credit risk data using internal and third party data (Bureau, 3rd part APIs.) ● Ability to design the right KPIs for measuring strategy success. ● Understanding of various elements of risk strategy, such as eligibility, verification, fraud and decline criteria. ● Ability to communicate and present the results to business stakeholders.
