Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
