Customer contact
Representing the Mercedes-Benz dealership on the telephone and by means of personal welcome as the first point of contact for all visitors and business partners
Promptly greeting and addressing all visitors to the Mercedes-Benz dealership
Friendly and open approach to visitors in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz identity
Looking after customers waiting in the showroom
Answering and conducting telephone calls and connecting callers if required (switchboard) with proper etiquettes
Arranging for staff who are temporarily unavailable to call back
Ensuring prompt, priority customer care for those with problems or complaints
Recording and documenting walk-ins and tele-ins in the showroom

Sales
Introduce sales consultants to all showroom walk-in customers
Providing customers with initial information in the form of brochures if necessary in case of sales consultants are not available at the showroom
Provide basic information about Mercedes Benz, Dealership and Mercedes Benz products and services over phone to all telephone enquiries.
Proactively offer refreshments to all walk-in customers
Record tele-in and walk-in prospects information in showroom log-book and share the same with sales manager daily
Pass on all tele-in enquires to respective sales consultants with the consent of sales manager
Assisting the sales consultant to present products, services by handing over brochures, price lists, schemes etc to sales consultants

Resources management
Ensure all showroom display vehicles are displayed in a proper lay-out (as recommended by MB India)
Ensure cleanliness of display vehicles by maintaining the showroom vehicle checklist
Ensure all test drive vehicles are parked in their respective parking bays
Ensure cleanliness of all test drive vehicles by maintaining the test drive vehicle cleaning checklist
Maintain test drive log book to monitor and control proper usability of test drive vehicles
Act as one point contact for information related to test drive vehicle availability

Showroom/facilities management
Ensuring that the showroom is kept clean and tidy by maintaining the showroom cleaning checklist
Promoting a friendly atmosphere in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz corporate design
Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and tidy including the functionality/availability of the equipment/refreshments and snacks provided in these areas
Checking and, if required, refilling brochure boxes
Checking, arranging and, if required, refilling accessory items
Ensure that the customer parking bays are strictly utilised for customers vehicle parking and ensure that at any given point at least one parking bay is available for customers.
Communication skills, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situations, sensitive to customer needs, customer centric attitude
