JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals and drive the team to achieve them within the set timeframe.
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and guide the team members to complete the tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and meet daily deliverables goals.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the leadership team.
- Motivate team members and take accountability.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking and achieve high-level results.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem Solving and Decision-making skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative applications is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3-5 Year's Experience in Team Handling (25+ team members - Creative Design field is preferred)
Additional Requirements :
- Should be flexible for shifts
- Should be ready to work from the office
