Experience : 0 - 2 yrs in HR
Must have strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education : UG or PG Specialized in Human Resources
Responsibilities :
- Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and scheduling the orientation sessions.
- Managing employee records & ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as policy updates or process improvements.
- Provide administrative support for HR team.
- Assist in maintaining HR files and documentation, including personnel files and HR-related databases.
- Partner and collaborate with other functions (Finance, IT, Facilities, Business stakeholders) regarding essential HR activities.
- Assist in employee offboarding process.
- Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for all employees.
- Perform and support other duties and projects as assigned.
