Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing a food and beverage department
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- F&B Manager experience is a must
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the food and beverage operations of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to create and maintain a positive working environment
- Maintain and update menus, pricing, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
