• As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will be a key member of our cybersecurity team, responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems
• You will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating security risks, conducting assessments, and implementing security measures to safeguard our organization's assets

Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring:Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring a swift and effective resolution
• Vulnerability Management:Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities
• Security Policies and Procedures:Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Incident Response:Lead incident response efforts, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Document incident details, response actions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Security Awareness Training:Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees
• Stay informed about the latest security threats and educate the organization on best practices
• Security Architecture:Contribute to the design and implementation of secure IT architectures
• Review and provide recommendations for new IT initiatives and projects
• Risk Assessment:Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to risk management
• Security Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incidents
• Prepare reports for management on the status of the organization's security posture
