Company Description Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in providing signature Management solutions and products for camouflage and concealment. HSTPL solutions provide unsurpassed protection against advance tracing devices. Our specialised stealth solutions fully comply with the stringent specifications of Military Camouflage requirement. The company is located in New Delhi and manages an in-house Research Development & Manufacturing process that keeps on developing and manufacturing advance camouflage & stealth solutions.

Role Description Human Resources: Support in recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain employee records. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. To handle travel desk efficiently and cost effectively. AMCs, follow up on services, and manage vendor relationships. Ensuring the upkeep of the entire office facilities. IT Coordination: Liaison between employees and MEAAP IT for technical issue resolution. Assist in implementing and maintaining IT systems. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for IT needs. Manage accurate records of IT assets. Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

You apply for this job, if; You have experience as an Administrative Assistant and in office management. You hold a bachelor's degree in commerce & HR related courses. You are proficient in MS Office, and familiarity with office equipment like fax machines, copiers, and scanners is a plus. You possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language (oral and written). You are highly organised and can multitask effectively. You are proactive and excel as a team player. You prioritise confidentiality when handling sensitive data. You comprehend work urgencies and can meet tight deadlines.
