Job description
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm. The key responsibilities that need to be handled by him are as follows: Must have worked with the Accounting Advisory group (preferred) or the internal Technical team Experience should be in IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP and Compliance for various corporate firms. IPO/Capital Markets knowledge (preferred) Must have some past / present audit background/experience of serving clients (and is willing to split his time b/w Audit and Accounting Advisory) Key responsibilities of this role include Business Development, Go-To-Market strategy, Engagement Delivery, Team Building and Solutions’ initiatives. Should be capable of end to end Audit assignments. Handle the client assignments across the whole spectrum. Should be capable of handling a team through a cohesive and energetic environment. Would be responsible for training and nurturing the audit team by Technical Team Trainings and providing direction to the team in new practice areas/products. Should possess excellent client and business relationships and should have to capability to manage the overall client relationships and the service delivery. Oversee the quality of services. Beside projects delivery, achieve a sales target and supporting leadership team in overall practice development. Have a keen understanding of their client’s industry and business and develop deep relationships at the Board level. Lead, coach, and develop professionals within the practice. Successfully manage complex engagements across various industries and brought noticeable growth results for his clients over the years. Formulate internal processes and controls to achieve internal corporate governance.Job tags
