We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Software Sales manager to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our software solutions.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering with additional on Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; will be preferred Minimum of 8-11 years of experience in enterprise software sales & account management with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of the enterprise software market landscape, including trends, technologies, and competitive positioning Strong network of contacts and relationships within key industries and verticals Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives

Responsibilities :

Generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts, prospecting and handling negotiations. Proactively own renewals in existing accounts Develop important and effective relationships within the account including Key Executives and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value. Being a Trusted Advisor to customers. Deliver an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of business. Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on ā€œCā€ and enterprise level negotiations A proven sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions A proven track-record in managing and growing accounts Fluent English language skills
