Product Development Technical Lead

Mission of the Role: Lead complete product development for Instrument clusters and Display units.
Key Objectives of this Role: Achieve on time delivery of the projects without any quality issue and within the project budget. Work out technically at par, cost effective proposals for new Pursuits.
Key Performance Indicators: No delays in engineering deliverables, product launches. No defect escape / slip into production implementation. No budget overrun.
Key Year One Deliverables: Prepare technical proposals for new pursuits. Lead product development activities and meet the delivery milestones.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Key Behaviors: Result oriented lead who can effectively communicate, collaborate with the team and meet the project deliverables quality and timing.
Reporting Structure: Reporting the project development, budget and quality status to the Chief Program Engineer.
