Content Manager (Sr Manager) for Mumbai

Content manager duties include ideating, producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks. The person should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence and using analytics to formulate a content strategy. Here, content is defined as case studies, whitepapers, articles, blog posts, images or videos that foster engagement online for the brand. Content Manager Responsibilities: Ideation Writing, editing and proofreading content. Manage a team consisting of writers and freelancers. Formulating a cross-platform content strategy. Brainstorm with team members across functions to develop new ideas. Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members. Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media. Content Manager Requirements: Bachelor's/master’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field. 10-15 years of experience in content creation/ideation or a similar role. Preference for a person with a technology background and international exposure. Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly computer literate. Highly developed creativity Excellent organisational skills Highly developed attention to detail Proficiency with popular content management systems. Experience with social media management.
