Job description

We are currently looking for a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team, focusing on our prestigious portfolio of international brands! Responsibilities: Design Innovation : Lead new fixture designing and window displays, setting our brands apart in the competitive retail space. Your creative vision will guide the visual narrative of our brands, attracting and engaging customers. Brand Marketing Expertise : Use your skills to promote our brand image and products using visual mediums. Your strategies will not only enhance our brand presence but also drive customer engagement and sales. Visual Strategy Development : Develop and communicate effective visual concepts and strategies that promote our retail brand and products/services in-store, aligning with overall marketing goals. Retail Promotions and Activations : Design innovative retail promotions and store-level activation concepts, including GWP/PWP, to support secondary offtake. Your initiatives will be pivotal in boosting in-store experiences and sales. Planogram Compliance and Innovation : Maintain a deep connection with point of sales staff to ensure display planogram compliance with brand standards. Adapt and innovate on display planograms periodically to align with our marketing calendar, bringing freshness to our displays. Vendor Management : Oversee vendor relationships for the procurement of merchandising and promotional items such as fixtures, display materials, PWP/GWP, POPs, kiosks, exhibitions, etc., ensuring the highest quality and timely deliveries. Brand Solution Specification : Suggest specifications for various branding solutions, coordinating with vendors to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Your insights will help elevate the customer's brand experience.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry. Skills: Proven track record in fixture design, window displays, POSM development, and brand marketing using visual mediums. Strong ability in designing retail promotions, store-level activation concepts, and managing vendor relationships. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and communicate visual concepts and strategies effectively. Creativity and Innovation: A strong creative vision with the ability to adapt and innovate displays to keep the brand's presentation fresh and engaging. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales staff, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure brand standards are met and marketing objectives are achieved. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
