Fynd is India's largest omnichannel platform and multi-platform tech company with expertise in retail tech and products in AI, ML, big data ops, gaming+crypto, image editing and learning space. Founded in 2012 by 3 IIT Bombay alumni: Farooq Adam, Harsh Shah and Sreeraman MG. We are headquartered in Mumbai and have 1000+ brands under management, more than 10k stores and servicing 23k + pin codes.
Responsibilities Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership in shaping and executing the developer experience strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement best practices for software development, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Program Management - Lead and manage strategic technical programs related to developer experience, overseeing end-to-end delivery and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Tooling And Infrastructure - Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge developer tools and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive the adoption of industry best practices and ensure the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
Collaboration And Communication - Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the engineering teams and across departments.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of goals.
Quality Assurance - Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and development processes.
- Implement and track metrics to measure and improve code quality, developer satisfaction, and overall development efficiency.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on developer experience improvement.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Nice To Have - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Previous experience as a software developer.
- Familiarity with [specific technologies, frameworks, or tools relevant to your company].
