Role And Responsibilities:

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager operations to become an integral part of our dynamic team in New Delhi on a full-time basis. As a key contributor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handle and respond to FIT & GIT queries, MICE and leisure tours, negotiate and close deals, and manage queries from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, Client servicing, Accounts, to ensure successful delivery on commitments and payments.
• Assist in generating sales and revenue for the company through calls and work towards achieving targets.
• Take full responsibility for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and concerns as needed.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and agents, providing accurate information and addressing their needs effectively.
• Track and analyze production data, identify trends, and provide insights through monthly synopses.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track client interactions and feedback.
• Tailoring offers and recommendations based on individual client preferences, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets through proactive sales management and adherence to performance metrics.

Candidate Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism/Travel, Hospitality, or a related field

3+ years of experience a reputed agency in FIT & GIT outbound operations.

Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our services to clients.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals, enabling you to address client needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven and goal-oriented.
