QualificationDiploma / BE Mechanical/Automotive

Primary Skillset Engine Testing, Vehicle level testing, Vehicle level calibration

Relevant Experience 4-6 years

Job DescriptionThe selected consultant will be required to support for:

To support in 4 cylinder d iesel engine development for off highway application meeting CEV BS V legislation requirements

To operate test bed, test execution as per plan in shifts and data analysis

To perform vehicle level testing at customer end as per requirement

To perform engine test execution and calibration as per Test plan on Transient test bed with PUMA 2.0 operating system
To support in data analysis report preparation, data management, monitoring test bed utilization

To support in test bed and instruments trouble shoot (Min down time), Test bed 5S

To support Vehicle level calibrations and testing at customer location

Preferred Skills & Knowledge Preferred to have :

Engine testing on Transient test bed, Engine and ATS system calibration, Vehicle level testing, Vehicle level calibratio n
IC Engine - Diesel combustion, Diesel CRS engine calibration

Preferred to have :Vehicle level testing, vehicle calibration
