As profit center head for the company's eCommerce division, you will be an integral
part of the company's top management team with overall responsibility to lead and
grow the eCommerce division:
Ensure profitable growth across all existing product categories and online
market places
Identify avenues for future growth to further establish the Doodle brand
Design and implement marketing strategies that will enhance Doodle brand
equity and increase volumes
Take responsibility for all processes including product listing, order processing,
sales forecasting and inventory planning, billing and payment cycle, execution of
deals/discounts, etc. related to eCommerce business
Provide analytical and business insights for business strategies and tactics
Identify and implement suitable IT systems and processes that will optimize
business processes, strengthen internal controls and improve key ratios

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of ERP systems specializing in online business
Knowledge base
Expert knowledge of marketing and selling lifestyle products on brand portal and major online market places in India including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa

Ability to successfully execute plan through structured processes, monitoring and reviews
