Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Follow a structured script to present information about the benefits and features of our offerings.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
Maintain a high level of awareness of market trends and customer needs.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Stay updated on product/service enhancements and modifications.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to encourage customer interest.
Address customer queries and objections effectively.

Sales Closure:

Close sales deals by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and leads in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
Share insights and feedback to improve overall sales strategies.

Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling (USA,UK, Ireland,Canada,Germany would be prefered)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident demeanor.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
