The Role
The
role of a SaaS (Software as a Service) Product Manager involves overseeing the
development and management of a SaaS product throughout its lifecycle also
needs a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong
communication skills to effectively drive the success of the product in the
market.

Requirements
- Increase the company's success within existing product lines by
overseeing a spectrum of tasks ranging from innovative product development to
optimising the efficiency of existing products.
- Lead a team of product managers, developing visions and sustainable
strategies in close cooperation with all company departments to build on
existing successes.
- Work directly with the management on the overall product strategy and
vision, contributing to a well-funded high-growth B2B tech company experiencing
global expansion.
- Improve customer experience, drive growth, and expand market share by
addressing product gaps identified through comprehensive customer experience
analysis.
- Identify, design, and deploy technical solutions, leveraging proven
experience in a technical role.
- Support engineering resources in creating effective wireframes and
technical specifications aligned with business requirements.
- Lead product strategy by harnessing collective knowledge from
stakeholders (engineers, management, and clients), developing detailed,
cost-effective requirements and features.
- Generate buy-in for the product among all stakeholders.
- Prioritize activities according to customer and business impact.
- Coordinate with Tech teams to enhance delivery efficiency and speed.
- Follow the positioning and pricing strategies of the product.
- Lead product launches by closely collaborating with relevant teams.
- Establish and track relevant growth metrics for SaaS products.
- Act as the communications liaison between disparate internal
departments.
- Accept ownership of product and market performance, delegating tasks as
necessary to ensure software success.
- Find ways to improve UX, focusing on making the product as
"self-serve" as possible.
- Strong B2B SaaS product management experience from any sector.
Experience in food services/Supply chain is a plus.
- A track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you
have created and launched into the market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or
equivalent preferred
- Agile principles (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and development tools (e.g.,
Jira, Trello)
- Ability to develop product and positioning strategies and effectively
pitch them to management.
- Strong technical knowledge and software development experience
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
