Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Apple - Help Desk Support located in Mumbai. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to internal users in a timely and efficient manner. They will be expected to troubleshoot hardware, software, and access related issues and provide excellent user experience.
Qualifications
Scope of Work:
• Provide remote support or onsite support to users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Apple devices (Preferably Mac)
• Perform repairs on Apple devices (Preferably Mac) hardware or software
• Initiate, document, and update our ticketing system.
• Address cases based on a ticketing tool queue system.
• Communicate with users regularly for open cases in order to close the same within TAT
• Maintain a clean work area at the end of the day.
• Laptop repair knowledge. Responsive, attentive to detail and able to communicate effectively
• Desire to work within a team and the ability to work independently
Experiance: 1 - 2.5 Years in Relevant field
