This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of CBA India's growth journey and drive Internal Communications for the organization. You are a master storyteller and wordsmith. There is breadth for you in this role across internal, executive, and external communications.
Your reporting lines: The position reports into the India Lead for Change, Communications and Employer Brand.
Your Responsibilities: - Independently create compelling, impactful, and succinct content for various mediums, including email, presentations, visual communication, infographics, FAQs, newsletters, change narratives and intranet.
- Build and deliver internal communications calendar for the organization and subsequent reporting and analysis.
- Propose and execute communication campaigns independently for HR and the business teams.
- Identify storytelling opportunities inside CBA India, and work collaboratively to place those across relevant channels of communication.
- Continually offer new and innovative ideas and solutions to maximize multi-channel engagement.
- Effective use and management of channels like Viva Engage (Yammer), MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Support with managing communication resources, templates, and graphics.
- Manage external vendor contracts to deliver employee-experience programs.
Your Skills: - Exceptional storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills in a business context with high-level attention to accuracy and detail
- Experience in designing and implementing communication plans
- Experience with Viva Engage (Yammer), MS Teams, SharePoint (or similar content management system), and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in MS PowerPoint and graphic designing tools is a huge plus
- Strong stakeholder management, and organizational skills - you're used to juggling multiple competing priorities and pride yourself on delivering for others.
- Critical thinking, ability to adapt communication style to suit an audience and proven ability to liaise with, and support key stakeholders.
Your Qualification & Experience: Graduate OR Post Graduate Degree or Equivalent Experience
3 to 7 years of solid experience in internal/ corporate communications for international organizations.
