VRM:
• To exclusively handle Privy Outbound calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors
• Differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers – cross training in cards, liabilities, asset
• Ensure customer 'delight' and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
• Complete the logs specified by the process
SALARY PACKAGE UPTO 4.5 LPA
Job Criteria:
• Require Good Communication in English along with any south language,
• Complete 15 years of Graduation is mandatory.
• Graduate without any standing arrears.
• Age Limit below 30.
