Job Description - Handling day to day monitoring of 3P manufacturing operations and quality.
- Handling RM, PM issues with 3P lab team and coordinate for daily operations.
- Handling new RM, PM trails validations with 3P team.
- Outgoing FG daily inspection and coordinating with 3P for observations and cross question the local team for improvements.
- Process monitoring and highlight if there is any violations and follow-up for closure.
- Coordinating for all FSSAI compliance in line to central food licenses.
- Monitoring Production planning for other 3P locations located at another location and coordinate for dispatches.
- Daily production planning follow-ups and weekly RM/PM materials planning. Follow-up with RM PM vendors for deliveries.
- Adjust production plan as per RM/PM availability and take proactive actions to achieve 100% plan v/s actual for couple of 3P operations.
- Coordinating with head office supply chain team for production planning, forecasts etc.
- Coordinating with Head office supply chain team for daily dispatches
- Maintaining the synergy with 3P through vendor relationships. Following up for timely release of Payments to 3Ps and to the RM/PM vendors.
