Position – Commissioning Engineer/Manager (Mech/Elec/Inst) Required Experience – 5 to 15 years. Education qualification – Diploma / B.Tech/BE Mechanical Engineer/Manager: Hands on experience in Rotary equipment, Valves, Control systems, Piping, MOC etc. Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineer/Manager: Knowledge in Control Panels, VFD/UPS/SCADA/PLC/Analysers/Detectors are mandatory. Job Location – Project sites in Uttar Pradesh/ Rajasthan/ Odisha/ West Bengal Skills / Competencies : Ø Min. 50% of the total experience in Commissioning. Manage all aspects of pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and test runs. Ø Study the project contract commissioning requirements and coordinate with project management to ensure the contract deliverables as per specifications. Ø Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules against the completion plan of construction. Ø Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Ø Manage and prepare commissioning documentation, like Manuals, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Ø Coordination with Consultant/Customer for the way forward to commissioning/PGTR/ handover to operation. Ø Participate in project planning and meetings. Conduct regular interface meeting with other discipline to way forward the completion of Pre commissioning /commissioning activities. Ø Ensure smooth and compliant commissioning process. Ø Successful completion of commissioning and PGTR (Performance Guarantee Test Run). Ø Strong understanding of construction & water projects Ø Proficient in project management methodologies and scheduling tools Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ø Maintaining commissioning documents/vendor MOM/internal/external reports throughout the project Ø Coordination with vendors and ensure the deliverables as per package specification. Minimize the vendor visit wherever applicable. Ø Sharing the lessons learnt through the pre-commissioning /commissioning feedback for Operational issues/access constrains/ optimization/ any other process constraint to respective team to take care in upcoming projects.Job tags
