As a Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic Doctor) at Adirekha Ayurveda Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for providing expert medical care, consultations, and treatment plans to our patients. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, maintaining accurate patient records, and staying abreast of the latest developments in Ayurvedic medicine.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle for accurate diagnosis.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic treatments, herbal remedies, and dietary recommendations based on individual patient needs and Ayurvedic principles.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team, including nutritionists and therapists, to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations, treatments, and progress.
- Stay informed about advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and healthcare practices, incorporating new knowledge into patient care plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall well-being of patients through a holistic approach to healthcare.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the relevant medical board or council.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills based on Ayurvedic principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
