About The Position As an Administrative Business Partner, you provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive, administrative, line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
Your Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of different type of meetings (events, summits, offsites, interviews) in multiple time zones, for various levels of internal and external stakeholders, often with high confidentiality
- Lead the planning and execution of complex events, team meetings on site in close collaboration with the global engagement team
- Liaise and build relationships across the Informatics team in Pune and together with the Site Head, lead the team engagement (talent attraction. talent retention, community building etc.)
- Partner with leaders to plan communication strategy and execution for the supported area
- Serve as the go to person for Business Operations for the Informatics team in Pune. This may include Financial Management processes (POs, invoices, accruals), Onboarding/Offboarding activities, Relationship Management, Learning Management Support, and Department organization (distribution lists, etc)
- Maintain relationships and information-flow with the global administration management team and provide assistance and back-up to other team members.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Business Partners and Engagement Lead in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to ensure an optimal coverage of the APAC region.
Your Qualifications And Experience - Previous related administrative, operations or project support experience (experience gained in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry is preferred)
- Collaborative mindset, support team development, seek all relevant or useful information for the team, willing to contribute and assist others in the dept as needs arise
- Ability to handle and exercise judgment and discretion concerning sensitive, confidential and proprietary information with guidance as required
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail of own and other's work, along with good planning skills and ability to self-organize/set up priorities
- Confident operating within a well defined job scope and a shared decision making process
- Knowledge of the cSuite (including gMail, gCal, gSheets, gSlides, Trello, Jamboard, gMeet)
- Working experience or related knowledge in Engagement, Communications or Change Management
