HR Head We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our team as the Head of HR. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function for corporate as well as factory operations, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent while creating a positive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with the specific needs of the different verticals and be a key partner in driving business growth and success.

What will you be doing: Talent Management Drive employee retention strategy & create programs for employee retention Build a strong talent pool for fulfilling organisation’s current & future talent needs Drive potential identification, career development & succession planning Lead the learning agenda for the brand and drive upskilling/reskilling of talent Lead performance management and feedback through structured PMS Employee Experience Sustain & strengthen the culture to keep teams engaged and productive Drive Employee Value Proposition & strengthen employee experience through programs & policies Provide advice, counsel, and facilitate managers in implementation of HR policies and practices Strengthen Rewards & Recognition framework through innovative programs Champion employee listening through structured interventions to gather feedback and action planning Organisational Development Lead OD and Learning Management interventions for the Company Reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures Leading the execution of change programs. Acting as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best in class work environment.

Skill sets 1. MBA 2. 8+ years of industry experience in HR 3. Should have managed HR operations in a heavy operations setup 4. Ability to drive change in a med size organization of 250+ ppl 5. Strong communication, work collaboratively with different departments
