Job Description for Planning Officer / Executive: Run & Improve the S & OP process in the Market Lead Demand Planning Process - Overlay of Demand and Market Intelligence Collaborate/Drive Demand and Supply integration with local stakeholders Generate & Improve 3-6 months rolling statistical and base forecast performance Maintain system/ tools’ Master data and keep regular parameter centerline. Run and maintain the forecasting tool/ system for rolling statistical and base forecast Analyze outliers/Trend to generate key insights to stakeholders and continuously make corrections. Develop Value Add Analysis to drive improved forecast performance Run analysis to maximize the use of statistical and base forecast. Support system/automate tools/analytics developments Create a Cycle for actioning Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning Skills and Capabilities: Good knowledge, management and coordination of S & OP process Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service Excellent analytical, organizational and decision making skills Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiply stakeholders across functions and geographies. Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and presentation. Detailed understanding of end to end supply chain operational processes within Sea6 Energy e.g. MRM, S & OP, inventory, conversion, logistics and customer service. Proficient in MS applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint Previous experience working with SAP Business one is preferred; however experience with similar planning tools will be considered Requirements 0-2 years of planning experience in any FMCG/Pharma or Agriproducts based company B.E in relevant fields or MBA (in supply chains and operations is preferred)Job tags
