Microsoft .Net Senior Engineer JD

We are looking for highly motivated senior developers to deliver MS .Net based applications to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Work as an individual contributor as part of delivery teams for creating technical solutions based on Salesforce products and platform

Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues

Create technical POCs & solution demos

Contribute in scoping, estimating and proposing of technical solutions

Provides technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management.

Must be able to analyze and detect problems within an application and provide rapid response to mitigate critical issues.

Must have hands on experience with tools and processes to improve/maintain system performance and stability in the Production environment

Technical Skills (Must Have)

5-7 Years

ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6.0, C#.NET, VB.NET and Azure DevOps

SQ Server Database - SQL Server Standard 2012 and above

Oracle : (no new development , understand existing schema db., tables, spa’s etc.)

Solid experience in creating and consuming Web API and RESTful services using .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 6.0

Strong development experience in Object Oriented Programming and Design Principles.

Strong experience in building AJAX enabled .NET web applications interacting with SAP back-end web-services / SAP Web API

Adept at all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing using Agile Methodology.

Job Description:

As a CRM Developer, you will be a key member of our development team, specializing in designing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related .NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet clients' business requirements, including entity customization, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
· Customize and extend Dynamics CRM functionality to meet specific business requirements.
· Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and applications, such as SharePoint, ERP, or third-party plugins. · Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies.

· Having knowledge of building a Dynamics CRM instance from scratch
· Familiarity with CRM SDK and web services for CRM integrations.
· Proven experience as a .NET Developer, working with C# and ASP.NET.
· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
· Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Service Delivery Manager- US

Client Engagement Manager (US Region) - Preferred Location:Dallas

Suyati is hiring leaders with strong experience in Account Management, Client Management, Technical Management and Financial Management in the US Region

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Account and Client Management of all existing and new accounts

Responsible for Account Growth in the existing accounts from Account mining to proposal to SOW

Identify potential opportunities within the existing accounts and ensure co-ordination with the offshore Delivery Managers to successfully increase customer wallet share

Co-ordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure delivery within cost and timeline with good quality

Assess and address any client expectations in alignment with the offshore delivery teams

Primarily responsible for the Topline and its growth with Secondary responsibility of achieving the Bottomline

Forecast and track the Topline to ensure the targets are met in the Existing Account growth ? Work with Sales and the Delivery team to build Client relationship in the new accounts with a clear goal to grow beyond the first sale

Conduct Regular Review meetings (Monthly, QBR, Account Planning, etc) with the client in alignment with the offshore Delivery Managers and ensure high Client Satisfaction rates at the same focus on Employee Satisfaction Rates

Participate in New Deals by contributing to appropriate solutions both technically and functionally. Be part of the solution presentation to the clients and enable SOW preparation and take over execution

Qualifications:

3. Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, including custom module development and integration, Coveo, Unicorn, Glass Mapper, Sitecore forms.
4. Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
5. Experience with database design and optimization, especially SQL Server.

7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
