- Sales Support/Debtor Management
- Sales order placement, goods return, billing
- Calculation, Issue of Credit/Debit Note
- Scheme Calculation and Closure
- Collection Follow-up with Customer/ Balance Confirmation Follow-up/Debtor Reconciliation
- Expense Management/Vendor Management
- Processing of Vendor/Employee Expenses
- Preparation of PO/ Doing MIGO & MIRO and Processing Vendor Payment
- Statutory Compliance of GST, TDS, PF, P. Tax
- Cash & Bank Management
- Petty Cash Management
- Bank Payment Request & Reconciliation
- Channel Finance Management & Coordination with Bank & Branches
- Dispatch, Billing & Material Handling
- Coordination with Factory/Warehouse for Orders & Dispatches
- Commercial Vehicle Management
- Support in material loading and unloading and payment of freight
- Issue of E-way bill
- Stock management & Verification
- Sales Planning, Budgeting & MIS
- Sales Planning in Coordination with Branch Manager
- MIS of Sales Budget Vs Actual
- MIS of Expenses-Actual Vs Budget
- Other MIS as required by HO.
