JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Development Sector)
Responsibilities 1. International Collaboration: Engage with international organizations and stakeholders, leveraging 3-5 years of prior experience in handling international projects in the development field. 2. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for SHEOWS CARES FOUNDATION projects, identifying areas for growth and sustainability 3. New Project Development: Actively seek and evaluate new project opportunities, collaborating with team members to conceptualize and implement impactful initiatives. 4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely submission to relevant stakeholders. 5. Project Management : Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all projects undertaken by SHEOWS CARES FOUNDATION, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (International Development, Project Management, or related discipline). 2. 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on international development projects. 3. Proven track record of successful collaboration with international organizations. 4. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budget preparation and monitoring. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative. 7.
