The Assistant Program Manager will be an integral part of the Commercial Operations team within NowNow. Working cross functionally with the Commercial, Marketing and Merchant Operations teams, the Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring stores are at their best in terms of pricing, stock, and assortment. They will build a seamless feedback loop to ensure smooth operations and ultimately the best customer experience.

What you'll do? Work on projects across a broad range of analytic disciplines – from statistical analysis and predictive modeling to business intelligence and analytics. Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency. Identify, develop, and launch innovative new growth opportunities based on a complete understanding of customer and merchant partner needs. Work cross-functionally to identify and build best practices and process improvements that help improve the productivity of sales and account management teams. Develop and design reporting dashboards and analyze data to drive decision-making. Weekly reporting and key updates to management on merchant’s performance statuses Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance. Demonstrate high bias for action; Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

What you'll need? Experience in the on-demand delivery industry is preferred Experience in the ecommerce industry is mandatory 3+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in SQL and building visual dashboards Strong problem solving, communication and teams skills Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
