Job description
Candidate should have total 14 - 15+ years of overall Information & Cyber Security experience.
Candidate would be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting on information security risks in a manner that supports the risk posture of Olam group of companies.
Candidates should have detailed understanding of various technology controls, technologies that support such control at endpoint, servers, network, databases etc.
Candidate should be able assess various information security risk in various IT Infrastructure and Applications and should be able to articulate the risk and the recommendations.
Candidate will proactively work with Central and Regional IT personnel of Olam group of companies to implement information security practices that meet defined policies and standards of Olam. He or she will also oversee a variety of Information security-related risk management activities
Candidate should have understanding of information Security metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of security controls
Candidate should have individually handled Technology Risk Assessments and Security Compliance and have working knowledge of tools like Disk Encryption, Antimalware, Host Firewall, Secure Web browsing, ATP, EDR across McAfee, Symantec and CrowdStrike products, PIM, DLP, Mail gateways & Vulnerability Assessments.
Should have handled security compliance across multiple geographies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Candidate should have Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
Candidate should have experience with cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure.
Scripting Knowledge will be an added advantage
Monitor and manage various Information Security SLA within Olam group of companies
Perform Technical risk assessment of various IT and InfoSec solutions including the evaluation and recommendation of specific technical controls
Oversee and support the other team members in areas of Vulnerability Assessment, Application Security Testing, Penetration Testing, Endpoint and Server compliance, Firewall review, user access governance. Should be able to understand risk from the above areas and able prepare risk-based mitigations
Manage and maintain information security dashboards for Senior management reporting
Manage and analyse various information security exceptions.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and presentation preparation for stakeholders of Olam group of companies and Board of Directors
Understanding and improving on various security services provided to Olam group of companies
