The company designs and installs solar power systems for businesses to help reduce their energy bills, sustain the quality of their environment, and shape the future of energy production and conservation. Kalpa Power aims at developing simple, economical, and effective solutions in the field of solar power.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Caller. The Tele-Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, and providing them with information about solar power systems provided by Kalpa Power. The Tele-Caller will also be responsible for maintaining call records and schedules, and coordinating with Kalpa Power's sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of solar power systems and the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Diploma or Degree in any related field is preferred
