Position : General Manager Legal
Location: Pune
Experience Required: Relevant experience of 715 Years in Renewable energy field.
Qualification Required : LLB
Candidate Requirements : Specialization in Land Legal
Must know Maharashtra Land Laws and Marathi Language
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The legal person is responsible for Legal Due Diligence documentation vetting TSR clearance for acquiring Land for wind and solar projects interacting with customers legal team third party lawyers for clearing the land queries/issues. Drafting and reviewing Land related commercial contracts.
- Due Diligence of Land Working with Customers Legal team and Law Firm in resolution of all queries related to clearance of Title Due Diligence.
- Leading team for drafting of Agreement to Lease Lease Deed Agreement to Sale Sale Deed Consent Deed Confirmation Deed Partition Deed Land Aggregation Agreement etc.
- Leading the team for document collection required for completing Title search Report.
- Good knowledge in Land Acquisition Process including site selection support in Title study Registration process and mutation TILR and NA etc.
