• Designation: Team Lead Recruitment (Non-IT)
• Experience: 5+ Years of field mobilization (Facilities, Food, Technical)
• Job Location: Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad

• Job Description: Managing the team of Recruiters
• Identifying the potentiality of the team member
• Delivering the result as per the TAT
• Meeting the client and Operations team expectations in terms of manpower fulfilment
• Flashing the reports of hiring day to day basis
• Reducing the hiring related escalation
• Closing the hiring related tickets on time
• Daily and monthly performance of the team members
• Update clients on hiring status on regular basis
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
