Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of  Closing Manager (Mandate)for a reputed Real Estate Company for the Mumbai(Chembur) location.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Organize, Plan and Implement (Real-Estate) project-specific sales.
• Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
• Meeting customers at the site and giving them project details and enabling deal closure.
• Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
• Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
• Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
• Making available property database of the area.
• Catering to clients as per their needs from the available database.

• Good coordination and convincing skills.
