This role is a Job Level 3. Your peers at the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS), at Job Level 3 are Marketing Measurment Analyst in various disciplines. All of you will report to the Manager, Job Level 4, based out of Bangalore, India.
As part of its digital transformation strategy, Maersk set up Global Service Centers across India, China & the Philippines to optimize service delivery and support for all regions across the globe. The Integrated Customer Marketing (ICM) team is the marketing arm of the GSC. Integrated Customer Marketing is a newly set up function responsible for development of customer centric marketing approach and work towards building new capabilities.

What you have done and continue to do
- Accountable for enhancing and delivering high quality, data products and analytic ready data solutions for Enabling Functions Provide strong analytical insights, initiate, and perform - decisive in actions.
- Develop and maintain data and ETL pipelines for ingesting data from various sources into our data warehouse and provide outputs to maintain the salesforce email campaigns.
- Manage and provide leadership for the resources supporting projects, enhancements, and break/fix efforts.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment is a plus but not required.
- Proactively share analysis and insights with the rest of the team to promote ongoing learning and development.
- Customer Data Management: Experience in managing customer data, including collecting, cleaning, and processing data for analysis.
- Machine Learning: Understanding of the different machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression analysis, decision trees, neural networks, and clustering.
- Data Mining: The ability to identify patterns in large customer data sets using data mining techniques and tools.
- Predictive Analytics: Experience in using predictive analytics tools and software, such as SAS, R, or Python, to develop models that predict customer behaviour and preferences.
- Data Visualization: The ability to create effective visualizations of customer data to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Communication: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualification and Experience
Must Have
- BTech/BE/ degree (ideally in a quantitative field such in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, other related Core Sciences or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience working on implementing and operating data capabilities and cutting-edge data solutions, in a cloud environment. Breadth of experience in technology capabilities that span the full life cycle of data management including data lake house, master/reference data management, data quality and analytics AI/ML (Machine Learning) is needed.
- Hands on experience with programming and analytics capabilities using company approved technologies including Azure Native Services, Python, Flutter
- Experience with SQL and database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- 3-5+ years of experience in data engineering or DevOps environment
Nice To have
- Hands on experience on analytics tools such as Google analytics/Adobe analytics or proficiency on any industry standard web analytics tools.
