Job description
Experience: 5-7 years
Must- Have : Experience in Product Ownership, SAFe Agile, Stakeholder Management, warranty data (e.g. claims, registrations), data management or analytics Roles & Responsibilities Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the warranty data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall warranty data vision. Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team. Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories. Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development. Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly. Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents. Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing. Competencies Product Ownership SAFe agile Stakeholder management KPI's Backlog velocity Development quality (bugs, defects) SLA fulfillment Compliance Requirements Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager Experience in working with warranty data (e.g. claims, registrations) Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management Specific Training or Certification Required - Product Manager / Product Owner certificate preferred Problem Solving Skills Contributes to establishing the strategy and driving the strategy.
